- What does "verified" mean?
- Every PawPartner passes verification before they're listed, so you see a real name and qualifications before you book.
- How are payments protected?
- You pay online when you book. We hold the funds and release them to the PawPartner only after the session. Defined failures are covered by our 500 CZK guarantee.
- What does "force-free only" mean?
- Aversive tools and dominance-based methods are prohibited for our trainers. It's part of the PawPartner agreement, not just their word.
- How is doggio different from Facebook groups or classifieds?
- No guessing who's qualified and no cash with no protection. Every PawPartner is verified, your payment is held until the session, and each booking keeps its own chat and care history.
- I'm a trainer or run a doggy daycare. Can I join?
